Things I’ve Learned This Week

** The lighting in fitting rooms is nothing short of cruel.

** My toes are sooooo ready for flip flops.

** A clean car is pretty awesome (even if only for five short minutes).

** I probably owe the car wash an apology note.

** The appetites of my children dramatically increase the moment school lets out.

** Men should NOT wear t-shirts that say, “Short & stubby“.

** It would be awesome if everyone was as excited to see me as the dog is when I come home.

** Parking lots make me mental.

** The Oprah interview with Lance Armstrong both saddens and disgusts me.

** Feeling a little head lean against your shoulder during story time makes everything all worthwhile.

** If you’re gonna have an online girlfriend, it’s best to make sure she’s real.

** None of my son’s pants seem to be free of holes in the knees.  WTF?!

** Despite what I might think, God does not give me more than I can handle.

Im one of the 4 that does not understand math. My sweat pants have a hole in the butt. :-(

  3. I am busy writing the car wash an apology note for my disgrace of a car and already threw away my “short and stubby” shirt. What more do you want from me? :)

  4. Just this week my son came home 3 days with holes in the knees of his pants. Usually it’s just one day. Yikes! I don’t like that it’s not gonna get better.
